This handbook contains the syllabus, policies and forms of the Sebastian River High School Choral Department. The information is for both the students and the parents/guardians.
Signature acknowledgement pages are included at the end of the handbook which are to be completed, signed by the student AND a parent/guardian of the student and returned to Mr. Larry Stanley, Director of Choral Activities.
By accessing the handbook from this website, the forms can be downloaded, completed and signed. Once signed, the forms may either be turned in to Mr. Stanley at school or they may be scanned and emailed to Mr. Stanley at the email address in the handbook.
